“Roughly 100 people” demonstrated in an anti-US rally in the Phillipines today (4 July 07). Yawn. They were protesting the ONE-SIDED relationship the US has with their country.

AND I AGREE WITH THEM. We have a VERY one-way relationship with them and MANY other countries; The Relationship consists of the USA GIVING to them and getting NOTHING but derision in return.

I am sick of these piece of shit countries blaming their inability to get their shit together on the US. The USA gives SO much to the world. In fact MANY, MANY countries would not even be able to survive without our constant help! But do we get thanks? NO! We get constant criticism.

It kind of reminds me of certain folks in our own country who havent been able to get their shit together for a while now. And who is to blame? NOT THEM! No, its our great country’s fault somehow. Its the USA’s fault for giving every single person (legal and not) never-ending opportunities to become ANYTHING they want.

It’s the new global fad: BLAME AMERICA FOR YOUR FAILURES.

Which is ironic because America is the country who GAVE you those opportunities that YOU failed.
