A million upset or celebrating humans in Chicago creates the same outcome … Hmmm

Here’s a great example of how our (ahem) government works here in Chicago.
I was just watching our local news with mayor Daley praising this event taking place in Grant Park. They are setting up the stages, the tickets are sold out.
The news was just stating this:
1,000,000 plus humans are expected
250 toilets are installed

AND THE PERSON THOSE MILLION (PLUS) HUMANS EXPECT TO WIN, MAY NOT WIN.

Does this sound like a dangerous situation to you?
If not, I’ll wager you are voting Obama.

How do you control whatever fraction of a million people?
Especially when [CENSORED]?
